Why we exist
Most schedulers are easy to install and hard to actually use.
Calendly, SimplyBook, Acuity, Google Appointments — all of them ship a base experience that looks great in a demo. But the moment you have multiple services, real availability rules, prepayments, reminder cadence, and a brand to match — the gap between "installed" and "usable" widens fast.
We close that gap. Hand us your real-world rules, and we translate them into the scheduler's logic. Hand us your payment processor, and we wire it up. Hand us your existing site, and we make the embed feel native. Then we hand it back with a brief, a Loom, and 30 days of post-launch support.
Operating principles

No subscriptions
You pay once, you own it. We don't want to be a recurring line item — and we don't want you to be one either.
No dark patterns
Pricing is on the page. Refund policy is on the page. Cancellation flow is one click. Nothing buried.
No upsell trap
We won't recommend an Enterprise plan when Basic solves your problem. It's a faster sale today and a worse outcome for both of us.
